
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping conditions:
All our shipments are made only between Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure fast dispatch.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, whether winter or summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipments until conditions are again favorable for sending the plants.
Delivery costs and times:
France (Metropolitan)
8.80 - 35.55 € depending on weight and size - Chronopost Standard 24/48 working hours
EU
25.60 - 52.40 € depending on weight and size - UPS Standard 3-5 business days
Shipping is carried out from France and is limited to countries in the European Union.
Please note that overseas departments and regions are not included in this delivery area.

We would like to inform you that international shipments to countries other than France may incur customs fees or other import costs specific to each country. These costs are not included in the total price and must be borne by the buyer.
To avoid any surprises, we strongly advise you to check with the relevant authorities in your country before placing an order.
It is always recommended to check the specific regulations of the destination country, as rules may vary and be updated regularly.
Refunds:
We make a point of packaging our plants securely. However, if a plant arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the packaging and contents to our social pages immediately.
We will contact you quickly to find a solution together.
Please note that we will only accept a refund if the plant is in its original condition. Any immediate change of substrate or removal of parts of the plant (leaves and roots) will void the return request.
For returns, always use the original packaging and padding. Refer to the type of packaging received and agree with us in advance on the return period. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund if damage occurs during the return due to improper packaging.
Despite our best efforts, minor damages due to transport may sometimes occur. We cannot offer refunds for torn or discolored sheets. Local collection is also possible.
With proper care, the plant will recover quickly and reward you with new leaves.
Non-deliverability:
If the package is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if the package is not collected from a collection point, a handling fee of €20 will be charged.
If you notice the mistake in time, you can simply send us the correct contact details via WhatsApp.
